Raw Brocolli Salad (Serves 2)
| one-half head | | Brocolli |
| 1-1/2 tablespoon | | Olive oil |
| 3 or 4 | | Cloves garlic |
| 4 shakes | | Cayenne pepper |
| 1-1/2 teaspoons | | Lemon juice |
| 1/4 teaspoon | | salt |
| ...and | | fresh ground pepper |
Cut brocolli into bite size pieces (include the stalks.)
Combine all other ingredients. Toss.
Let sit at room temperature for 20 minutes.
Refrigerate or Enjoy!
