Raw Brocolli Salad (Serves 2)

one-half head Brocolli
1-1/2 tablespoon Olive oil
3 or 4 Cloves garlic
4 shakes Cayenne pepper
1-1/2 teaspoons Lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
...and fresh ground pepper

Cut brocolli into bite size pieces (include the stalks.)
Combine all other ingredients. Toss.
Let sit at room temperature for 20 minutes.
Refrigerate or Enjoy!
